Refunds are only available for products returned in their original condition within 7 days of purchase.

3.Refund Timeframe

4.Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. In the case of exchanges, we will initiate the process within 5 days, and the replacement will be delivered within 7 days.
